Advancement Requirements
PS Level Program: Ages 18 mos. - 5 years
At the pre-school program level, children are grouped
into classes by their age. They will not be advanced until the
session in which their next birthday falls.
Recreational Level Program: Ages 5 and above
As early as age 5, a child will be placed into a beginner
class, however, a new gymnast may be a beginner at any age. After
this, a child must achieve 75% of the skills required at their
current level to be advanced to a higher class. This is monitored
by the coaches. If your child is new to GP but has previous experience
in gymnastics, please call the office for a placement test.
Competitive Team Program
As students become more advanced, a more intensive
training program is required to enhance skills for a competitive
team experience. Please call our office for an interview and
see our Gymnastics Plus Team Book for more details.

Student/Teacher Ratio
The student/teacher ratio at Gymnastics Plus is low.
A minimum of four students is required for a class to be scheduled.
It is suggested that our recreational and developmental participants
attend class two days a week, allowing quicker strength and flexibility
leading to better skill development.
Private Lessons
Gymnastics Plus is pleased to offer private lessons
for motivated children. Please contact our office to schedule
times and request a coach for this option. Prices may vary. Students
may choose to share their private lesson with a partner wishing
to work on similar skills.
