Little Gym
Gymnastics Plus has a "little gym" specifically
for children ages 18 months to 5 years old. The equipment in
this gym is designed for young children. This room provides a
playful atmosphere and allows young children to experience gymnastics
at their own level.
Open Gym
Gymnastics Plus offers a unique opportunity for your
child to practice skills they have learned in class in our supervised
Open Gym sessions on Saturdays. Open Gym is not structured as
a class; it provides practice time for each gymnast to work individually.
Outside guests may be brought to Open Gym but a GP waiver must
be signed by their parent. Gymnasts ages 6-18 are welcome.
Prices are:
$3.00/hr. for non/members
$2.00/hr. for members
Martial Arts
Gymnastics Plus is home to Red Mist Society Classical Martial
Arts. We offer Karate, Jujitsu, and Tai-Chi for adults, as well
as Saturday Kids' classes. Click here to open the Red Mist website in

Birthday Parties
You can have a group birthday party at Gymnastics Plus. Party
formats are based on your child and their guests' age and ability.
Cost for birthday parties is $150 for up to 12 children; a $50
non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a party. Parties
are available on Saturday afternoons and Sunday mornings and
afternoons. Please contact the office for more information.
Dance
Gymnastics Plus is excited to be able to now offer our recreational
gymnastics students the opportunity to take dance training. We
could not be more pleased than to have our new dance director,
Miss Vicki Clarkson. Vicki and her husband, Rich, owned a gymnastics
club/dance studio for over 25 years in Lakewood, Colorado. Vicki
will teach classical ballet, tap & tumbling combo, jazz and
maybe even a little hip-hop!
